We do not have room charges for our private rooms, but we do have room minimums (Food and Beverage minimums) that need to be met in order to keep your event private.  That number will be determined by the date and time of your party. The minimum given will not include tax or gratuity.

 

Our room minimums are based on what we would normally do in sales if the room were available to the general public.  It does not matter what type of event you are hosting, anything from a wedding to a birthday party.  The room minimum is always based on regular sales in that room.

 

If you are having a sit down dinner, all food counts will need to be given to MJ two weeks prior to your event.  For example, 5 Steak entrée’s, 4 Chicken, etc. etc.

 

All prices (Food and Beverage) are subject to change based on market increases, but guaranteed up to two weeks prior to your event.

 

For all small parties, (under 50 guests) who wish to have a bartender, there is a $100 fee collected for the bartender.  For example, if you doing a dinner with 25 guests, and you would like a bartender to work your party, that fee will go directly to the bartender.  Otherwise, your server will be able to take drink orders, and no fee would apply.

 

All food and beverage/bar tabs are subject to 8% RI State Sales Tax, and a 20% gratuity.

 

Final guest counts and menu options need to be given approximately one month before your event for busy season events.   For example May-December event menu’s need to be given one month prior.

 

A $500 nonrefundable deposit and contract is required to hold your date.  In the event of a cancellation we are happy to accommodate you with another date depending on availability.

 

We do have a House DJ, if you wish to book a DJ for your party, we will supply his information upon request, and you will work directly with him. Any other form of entertainment will need to be approved by your event manager 1 month prior to your event.

 

You will have access to decorate your room up to two hours before your party.  We will not hold items overnight, as we are not responsible for any missing items.  We do ask if you are decorating that you do not put items on the walls that will remove paint.  If you would like to drop off centerpieces the staff will be able to put them on the tables for you two hours before your event.
